Wholesale:

• Contact us  to say that you would like to become a wholesaler for our business using this form.
  • Please include your name, contact information, website and/or physical business address.  
  • We will reach out to you with your wholesale account number and details on the ordering process.
    

Terms and Conditions:

• $200 minimum opening order for all items.
  
• After you have registered with us, your next orders can be made with us via website, email, or by phone.
  
• Payment by credit card will be required for all first time customers.
• Charges will be made on the day the order ships (or immediately via the website portal).
• Net 30 terms available after review of your credit references.
• Shipping and handling added to your invoice at the time of shipping.
